These Terms and Conditions govern registration for and use of ALVNA eSign. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to register the organization identified in the form.
Account access is subject to approval, the selected subscription package, applicable usage limits, payment status, and platform security requirements.
Paid packages are subject to the pricing, billing period, usage limits, and subscription terms presented during registration and any subsequent subscription confirmation. Customized plans may use separately agreed pricing, limits, terms, and payment arrangements.
You must use the service lawfully and must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, misuse another customer’s data, or use the service to transmit unlawful or malicious content.
The platform supports electronic documents, signatures, notices, and records. Each customer is responsible for determining whether a particular transaction or document is appropriate for electronic execution and for maintaining authorized access to its account.
You are responsible for your users, account credentials, document content, recipient information, and the accuracy of information submitted through the service. Notify the platform administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Features, plans, limits, and service procedures may be updated as the platform evolves. Material terms applicable to an active subscription should be communicated through the platform or other appropriate notice.

This Privacy Policy explains how registration and account information is handled by ALVNA eSign.
Registration may collect organization name, contact name, email address, selected subscription package, consent information, technical security information such as IP address and browser details, and records needed to administer the account.
Information is used to process registration, create and secure customer accounts, administer subscriptions, communicate service information, support electronic signature workflows, prevent abuse, maintain audit evidence, and operate the platform.
Customer documents and signing records are maintained within the platform’s customer isolation and private storage controls. Access is limited according to account roles, permissions, and authorized signing workflows.
Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate platform functions such as hosting and email delivery. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the platform, customers, or users.
Administrative, technical, and access controls are used to protect platform information. Records may be retained as needed for account administration, security, audit evidence, contractual obligations, dispute handling, and applicable legal requirements.
